The Las Vegas Construction Machinery Exhibition ended successfully on March 18. As a global leader in new energy aerial work platforms, Dingli took "Electrification" as the theme and brought nearly 30 cutting-edge new products to the scene.
At the booth F9167, covering an area of 1,200 square meters, Dingli's full-height, multi-category, and multi-standard boom lifts and scissor lifts, the latest spectrum, refreshed the industry's new understanding of aerial work platforms which are “intelligently made in China".
At this exhibition, Dingli rolled out world renowned innovative T series: featuring 36~44m modular boom lifts; M series: 22~34m boom lifts with large loading capacity, strong power and easy maintenance; D series: lightweight design 16 ~22m boom lifts, etc. The above three series are developed on the same platform and all equipped with electric, diesel and hybrid type.
The whole series of Dingli boom lifts employ modular design, electric type, diesel type and hybrid type are on the same platform. 85% of the spare parts are compatible. The Dingli boom lifts fleets are divided into three categories, that is "D", "M" and "T" series, and the working height ranges from 16 to 44 meters, all of them are applicable to standard container shipping
The D series is independently developed by Dingli, with a maximum working height of 16-22 meters and a maximum load of 250kg. The whole series adopts lightweight design and is equipped with integrated axle, which has the advantages of easy maintenance, high chassis, high energy saving, stable control and easy transportation
The M series is jointly developed by Dingli and Italy MAGNI, with a maximum working height of 22-34 meters and a maximum load of 454kg. The whole series adopts the moving-down design for components, equipped with integrated axle, which has the advantages of large loading capacity, strong power, easy maintenance, high chassis, high energy saving, stable control and easy transportation.
The T series is jointly developed by Dingli and TEUPEN Germany, with maximum working height of 36-44m and maximum load of 454kg. The whole series adopted expandable chassis with proprietary patented design, the jib can be retracted, it is the only type in the same class worldwide which suitable for standard container transport. Movement efficiency increased by 40% in the same level, it is the only boom lift series of electronic control software and hardware in the industry.
For scissor lifts, Dingli exhibits large rough-terrain scissors, small electric AC scissors, oil-free scissors, etc. The working height of the large rough-terrain scissors range from 15 to 32m, with maximum load of 1000kg, with the advantage of high working height, big load, large platform and strong power. It can work in terrible conditions, meet operation requirements both indoors and outdoors. In view of the the advantage of electric type, it is also suitable for some operating conditions which has high environmental requirements, such as state grid, nuclear power plants, Sinopec, PetroChina, residential areas, airports, tunnels, etc.
The working height of small electric AC scissors cover from 7.8m to 15.7m, with maximum load of 250kg. Using battery as the source power, with full-sealing AC system(driving, lifting), instead of traditional DC system, with the advantage of maintenance-free, more waterproof, more efficient and more safe.
The world's only oil-free series to achieve mass production, which covers the working height from 5 to 16m, with maximum load of 230kg to 450kg. The whole series without hydraulic system, electric actuator replaces traditional cylinder to act lifting and turning. It has the advantage of low energy consumption, safer, easy to maintain, more comfortable, and more environmentally friendly.
