On March 2, Xu Shugen, the President of Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Dingli), has signed the Agreement on Strategic Cooperation with Zhang Chunyu, the General Manager of Shanghai Horizon Equipment & Engineering Co., Ltd.
