Strategic Cooperation丨Zhejiang Dingli & IMCZY Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed!


       On April 28th, 2022, Zhejiang Dingli and IMCZY, an enterprise invested by IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group in Singapore, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement!

       IMCZY is a leading global ship repair company that combines all the marine and shipping businesses of its parent company, IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group in Singapore. Through years of professional and dedicated services, it has innovated new concepts, new technologies and scientific application systems of green shipbuilding by cross-industry core technology as well as equipment research and development, greatly promoting the comprehensive green transformation development of ship repair industry. It has been the most convenient and preferred ship repair station in the Far East.

       As an important application field of Dingli’s equipment, large shipyards have always been of particular concern to Dingli. Since the implementation of the electrification strategy, in addition to actively promoting the entry of electric booms and large electric scissors into shipbuilding and repair enterprises, Dingli has been focusing on the research and development of high-end ship engineering robots and mechanical equipment to facilitate the mechanization, intelligence and greening process of the shipbuilding and repair industry.



       Attracted by the same concept and common vision of both parties, Zhejiang Dingli and IMCZY decided to work together to explore the global market of engineering robots and advanced technology equipment for shipbuilding and repair industry after friendly negotiation.



       In the future, through sincere cooperation and complementary advantages, the two parties will focus on the R&D and manufacturing of various engineering robots and equipment, iterate and upgrade, so as to fully promote the application of engineering robots and technical equipment in the shipbuilding and repair industry, thus driving the "trinity" diversified development of digital, low-carbon and green, playing a good "green sample" for the development of the world shipbuilding and repair green equipment industry.
