Regular reporting, tracking inventory items and customer orders when required.
Communication with customers and internal department team members about parts orders.
Participation in and understanding stock takes.
Following processes to maintain warehouse operating efficiencies.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in a spare parts interpreter role.
Confident, accurate and efficient computer skills.
Mechanically minded and familiar with AWP/EWP would be highly regarded.
Determination to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
Professional phone manner and diligent email enquiry processing.
Be well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks while working efficiently.
Ability to identify risks or potential hazards and have an understanding of safe work principles.
Hold a current drivers license and Forklift license.
Honest, punctual and reliable.
